SLOW DOWN, RELAX AND DE-STRESS IN NATURE

WHY FOREST THERAPY?

Imagine leaving behind the noise of everyday life for a few hours and stepping into the calm of the forest.

Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku or Forest Bathing, is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to slow down, awaken your senses and reconnect with nature. Rather than hiking to a destination, you'll wander at an unhurried pace, pausing to notice the beauty that's so often overlooked.

Through a series of simple invitations, you'll discover a different way of being in nature—one that quiets a busy mind, eases stress and creates space to simply breathe.

Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed or mentally exhausted and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. It's an opportunity to unplug, restore your energy and experience the wellbeing that comes from spending intentional time in nature.

No experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve. Just come as you are, and let the forest do the rest.

If you're longing to slow down, reconnect with yourself and experience the restorative power of nature, we'd love to welcome you on a walk.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your bush therapy yesterday. I’m not sure if this is a usual response, but when I arrived home I had an amazing three hour nap!! I think I was so deeply relaxed. So, thank you again!

Chloe, you were an outstanding guide. You made me feel welcome, comfortable, and no pressure to contribute until comfortable.

This is my first experience of Forest Therapy and it was a deep, joyful experience. I would definitely recommend it!
